A line of Superga clothing will be offered in the stores of Cisalfa Sport, Italy’s leading sporting goods retail chain, under a new 3-year sub-license that is expected to generate minimum sales of €18 million for BasicNet, which is licensing the famous Italian brand of casual shoes. BasicNet, which also owns the Kappa, Robe di Kappa and K-Way brands, has also signed a sub-licensing agreement with Candean for the distribution of a line of sports and leisure shoes under the Superga brand in the USA. That contract guarantees royalties of 10 percent on minimum sales of €41 million over a 6-year period.
