Aeffe has appointed two new top managers for Pollini and Moschino. Lorenzo Panerai, 44, is Pollini's new chief operating officer. He will be in charge of the industrial platform for the production and development of footwear, leather goods and accessories for all of the group's brands. Pollini has 14 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, he worked as director of the leather goods division at Prada. Aeffe has also appointed Corrado Masini as Moschino's chief executive. He succeeds Alessandro Varisco, who left the fashion house at the end of June to join Twin-Set by Simona Barbieri. Masini will be coordinating the operational, marketing, commercial and distribution strategies underpinning Moschino's international expansion. Masini has a long career in the fashion industry, in the course of which he has worked in marketing, branding, license development and distribution, both at the retail and wholesale level. He has acted as brand general manager and international commercial director for several luxury goods firms.
