Aeffe is recovering its profitability. The parent company of Pollini, Alberta Ferretti, Moschino and Philosophy has reported a net profit of €150,000 for the first half of this year against a loss of €3.7 million in the year-ago period. Operating earnings before amortization (Ebitda) are up by 71 percent to €12.5 million, in spite of a 1.4 percent drop in its total turnover to €121.1 million, due to the depreciation of the Japanese yen and the reorganization of the portfolio of licenses.
