After Cortina, Rondinaud, Royer and others, Crocs is the latest company to have concluded a footwear licensing deal for use of the Hello Kitty children's brand with Sanrio, the Italian-based company that manages the rights. The license with Crocs calls for the distribution in more than 20 European countries of co-branded plastic clogs for women and children under the names Crocs Hello Kitty and Jibbitz Hello Kitty. The first models started to be offered in the stores last month.
