After opening its econd concept store worldwide in February this year in the SoHo district of New York. Melissa plans to open a Melissa “gallery” in London at the end of the year. Like the one in São Paulo, all the brand's concept stores are meant to be laid out as an art gallery. A pop-up store opened for three month in London's Convent Garden this past spring. In 2013, the brand will also take its concept store project to China, with the opening of a gallery in Shanghai. Every season, Melissa works with different designers, who are introduced by an opening night in the store. The Brazilian brand presented its new collections for the first time at Bread & Butter and Premium simultaneously. Melissa aims to move to another hall of the Premium fair next year in order to present its clothing and accessories together with the new shoe collections.
