Allen Edmonds has entered a licensing deal that will allow it to sell shoes in China. The company hopes to double its size over the next 10 years with the help of this new partnership with Talent Creations, a Shanghai-based company that will sell in China, Hong Kong and Macau. Allen Edmonds expects to open its first store in the country in Shanghai in the second quarter of 2012. In the next three years, the company is looking at six to 10 stores in China. The American company says that 2011 revenues should grow by almost 25 percent over last year's figure, on top of 20 percent growth in 2010. This year's figure should hit $100 million.
