Andrea Tomat, president of Lotto Sport Italia and Stonefly, has settled a legal dispute with Gianni Lorenzato, a former shareholder and vice president of Lotto. Lorenzato has agreed to sell his remaining stake of 24 percent in a holding company, NexTB, to Tomat on undisclosed terms. Tomat will thus be the only shareholder of NexTB, which owns 57 percent of Lotto. Along with his shares in Futura 5760, Tomat will indirectly control 92 percent of Lotto. The balance of 8 percent will be held by his long-time partner, Adriano Sartor. In turn, Lotto owns 100 percent of Stonefly's shares.
