Caprice, the shoe brand owned by Wortmann, has reorganized its middle management structure, effective from May 1. The newly created positions are filled by people who are already familiar with the German firm. Christian Burmeister, 33, was appointed head of international sales & e-commerce. He has held several positions at Caprice, serving most recently as key account manager in the DACH region. Karsten Bolle, 49, was named head of sales for the DACH region. Maximilian Mang, 30, is the new head of marketing. Two junior managers, Christopher Riede and Sebastian Altriethas, have been promoted to take responsibilities in the production department. Caprice intends to mix the innovative spirit of the younger generation with the know-how of more experienced people.
