Change Of Control For Alpina

Infond Holding, a Slovenian investment company, has acquired a 56.56 stake in Alpina for 1.76 billion Slovenian tollars (€7.3m-$9.3m) from four shareholders previously brought in by the family of Andraz Kopac, the company’s chief executive, which is said to be still holding 14 percent of the Slovenian shoe manufacturer.
