Cleto Sagripanti, president of the Italian shoe industry association, Assocalzaturifici (formerly Anci), has become the president of Fiamp, an Italian industry federation that groups various associations dealing with shoes, handbags, eyewear, jewelry, furs and other personal fashion accessories. Fabio Aromatici, managing director of Assocalzaturifici, will act as secretary general of Fiamp. Sagripanti and Aromatici take the place of Cirillo Marcolin and Astrid Galimberti, respectively. Marcolin, whose family recently sold its shares in the eponymous firm to an investment fund, was recently re-elected president of the Italian eyewear industry association (Anfao) and Mido, the Italian eyewear trade show. Galimberti is the managing director of Anfao. Marcolin will continue to be involved in Fiamp as vice president.
