Caleres completes the acquisition of Stuart Weitzman
On Aug. 4, Caleres completed the acquisition of Stuart Weitzman from Tapestry for $120.2 million, which included $11.5 million in cash received at the closing. Excluding cash received at the closing, the net purchase price was $108.7 million. The price is subject to final adjustments for net working capital.
