On June 24, Crocs, opened its new corporate headquarters in Broomfield, Colorado, less than 20 miles from downtown Denver. In addition to the nearly 375 current positions, the some 90,000 square foot facility located in the Atria campus will allow the company to “significantly” expand to hire more full-time employees.
The building has spaces for groups of all sizes, including traditional conference rooms with video technology, huddle spaces for up to five people and one-on-one rooms for private conversations and phone calls. It has living green walls, skylights and roll-up doors to provide employees with ample natural light and indoor/outdoor work areas to improve health and wellbeing. The premises also include a full-service café experience and wayfinding technology that allows employees to navigate their path to a meeting.
Crocs was previously based for over 16 years in Niwot, also in Colorado. The opening of the new headquarters was delayed by a few months because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
