On Nov. 15, MK Stalin, the Chief Minister of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, laid the foundation stone for a manufacturing unit of the Taiwanese footwear firm Dean Shoes at SIPCOT Park in Jayankondam, in the Ariyalur district.
