Prada reportedly in exclusive talks to buy Versace
Prada Group has set a four-week period of exclusive talks to reach an agreement to buy Versace from Capri Holdings, according to the Italian daily Il Sole 24 Ore. The Italian fashion house is being advised by Goldman Sachs and Citi, according to the newspaper.
