Shein, the Singapore-based fast fashion online retailer, has confidentially filed to go public in the U.S., according to The Wall Street Journal. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase and Morgan Stanley have been hired as lead underwriters on the offering, which could happen in 2024, it added.
