Weyco buys outdoor footwear brand Forsake
Weyco has acquired substantially all of the operating assets and certain liabilities of Forsake, an American distributor of outdoor footwear. The principal assets acquired were inventory, accounts receivable and intellectual property, including the Forsake brand name.
