CORRECTION: Vulcabràs, Reebok's distributor in Brazil and Argentina, has now transferred its Argentinian Reebok business to a joint venture with Adidas Group, the new owner of Reebok. Vulcabràs had already signed a similar joint venture deal for Reebok for Brazil and Paraguay.
