Crocs has opened its first store in France – its 20th in Europe – in the Val d'Europe shopping center just outside Paris. The 65-square-meter store carries the brand's newest lines including Translucent, Sneakers and Crocs Tone. The company called France a key market for the brand, and said that it planned further expansion there. At the end of 2010, Crocs has 378 stores in Europe, up from 317 a year previously. It plans to open an additional 20 to 30 stores in Europe this year.
