Crocs is strengthening the management at its European office in the Netherlands with three new senior managers. Besides Ann Chan, who has already been reported as joining the operation as European retail manager, Adrian Holloway will act as chief financial officer of Crocs Europe, and Michael Marshall-Clarke as marketing director. Both Chan and Marshall-Clarke worked for Burton Group, the British menswear company, before. In addition, Chan worked for La Senza and New Look. Holloway previously served as financial controller of Bathstore, the retail division of Wolseley. The new marketing director brings in two decades of experience in marketing, brand development and creative experience with a couple of companies including BHS, Home Base and Promod.
