Salvatore Ferragamo has launched a new e-commerce site, that includes editorial content about the Florence-based firm and its collections. The company said that in the light of the Covid-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdowns, the digital world is proving invaluable to reduce distance that would otherwise be unbridgeable.

In February, the company launched its virtual show, created in partnership with Hyphen. Also during the lockdown, Ferragamo launched the project Trivia to entertain its community on Instagram with anecdotes and quizzes regarding its history and key products.
