Finn Comfort, the German comfort shoe manufacturer, has joined the Kaufregional e-commerce platform in a bid to boost its visibility in the local market and gain access to an additional sales channel as the coronavirus crisis drags on.

Finn Comfort was established 75 years ago in the small town of Haßfurt in Lower Franconia, near Bamberg. Here, it develops and produces a wide range of shoe collections, including orthopedic footwear. aims at helping local companies increase their visibility during, and after, the current pandemic, bringing them together with potential customers in the region through a dedicated e-commerce platform. 

Established in a very short time in the midst of the coronavirus crisis by Markus Wittig from factory42, Salesforce partner, and Ken Koch, owner of the NY. Clubs in Munich, the portal allows users to browse shops, restaurants and cafes on an online map. Potential customers can search for providers in a specific industry in their area and receive contact details, brief descriptions and information on payment and delivery or collection. Distances are also shown on the map.
