Footway, the international Swedish-based shoe e-tailer, has launched a new integrated internet platform for all its operations including Sportamore, the sporting goods e-tailer that it recently acquired, widening its presence to a total of 24 markets all over Europe. The platform also houses a couple of house brands, Hoppe and Rainforest (running shoes) that Footway had previously acquired, but not yet a more recent acquisition, Caliroots (streetwear and sneakers). Footway’s management said that the new platform will collect data and make use of artificial intelligence and automation to make products available according to the customers’ individual needs.
