Dune, the British shoe retailer, says it has generated incremental revenues of £4.4 million (€4.9m-$5.5m) in the past three and a half years by delivering “the right message, for the right person, at the right time” through personalized ads. Working with a personalized digital marketing provider, Conversant, the retailer has implemented a program that uses historical and real-time consumer data.
