Ed Rosenfeld, the chairman and chief executive of Steve Madden, has been elected chairman of Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America (FDRA), the main shoe industry association in the U.S., as part of an executive reshuffle. Mike Jeppesen, president of the Global Operations Group and the Wolverine Heritage Group at Wolverine Worldwide, will serve as vice-chairman after previously holding the treasurer's position. Cliff Sifford, the president and CEO at Shoe Carnival, is now treasurer. Rosenfeld, who was previously vice-chairman of FDRA, replaces Rick Muskat, principal of Deer Stags Concepts.
