Felix Finger, a member of the executive board of the Hamm-Reno Group, left the German shoe retailing company on March 31 by mutual agreement. He was responsible for IT, logistics and e-commerce. Finger joined the HR Group in 2002 and was mainly responsible for the development of the group’s online business. In 2016, he was appointed as managing partner and a member of the executive board. Finger continues to hold shares in the HR Group, but he has another job now. On April 1, Finger joined Aifora, a German-based software company, as a shareholder and as its interim chief financial officer and chief operating officer. The HR Group acquired the German branch of CCC, the fast-growing Polish retailing group, at the beginning of last year. Simultaneously, CCC acquired a 30 percent stake in the HR Group. Peter M. Wolf remains chief executive of CCC Germany as well as chief executive of the HR Group, with a shareholding in the company. The integration of CCC Germany into the HR Group is due to be completed in mid-2020.
