Michael Burke will be taking charge of LVMH Fashion Group as chairman and CEO on Feb. 1. He will be succeeding Sidney Toledano, who is leaving the LVMH executive committee and becoming advisor to Bernard Arnault, the founder, chairman and CEO of LVMH.
