Paul Green, a Austrian footwear manufacturer specializing in women’s shoes, has undergone a management restructuring with Gerald Huber remaining the sole managing director after Gerhard Feger, Thomas Seiler and Guido Strebel stepped down but remained shareholders. Huber, 55, has been with the company since 2001.

The company appointed Torsten Tesche, 46, responsible for product development, while Peter Wastl, 45, will be in charge of organization and Jürgen Posch, 38, will oversee production. Huber said that the generational change was initially planned for the beginning of the year but had been delayed to the end of September due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The company expects to post a 20-30 percent decline in sales this year.
