Sperry has appointed Elizabeth Drori as chief marketing officer. Before joining Sperry, which is part of Wolverine Worldwide, Drori worked for nearly three years at Walmart, where she became head of fashion marketing.

Prior to Walmart, she was vice president in charge of strategic initiatives and brand marketing at Shoes.com and worked for nearly eight years for Converse, where she held various positions and became director overseeing global brand management.

Drori also worked for Boston Consulting Group, the Raytheon group and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
