Fila is working with two of its retailers, one in the U.K. and one in Sweden, to revive the Trailblazer shoe, which was a big seller in the 1990s. Footpatrol, based in London, and Sneakers and Stuff of Sweden will offer the co-branded shoe, which uses the old style as the basis for a “remix,” according to Fila. The two new models of Trailblazer are outdoor-style shoes with features such as hiking D-ring lace hooks, outdoor soles and the Fila Mountain logo. The collection, which is a limited edition, went on sale on Jan. 28 at a Footpatrol location in Soho, in London. Sneakers and Stuff will carry the styles in its Malmo and Stockholm stores, and they will be available in the U.S. starting in April from the Fila website.
