Garant Reorganizes Its Supervisory Bodies

Veit-Gunnar Schüttrumpf, chairman of the supervisory board of Garant Schuh + Mode, has resigned for personal reasons. As a coincidence, the vice chairman of the German buying, Stefan ten Doornkaart, has also left for personal reasons. They are being replaced by two other board members, Hans Zimmermann and Dietlinde Neumann.
