Genesco Improves Earnings Sharply
Genesco posted a sharply improved net profit of $48,401,000 for the financial year ended last Jan. 29, as compared to $28,730,000 the year before, on 33 percent higher revenues of $1.1 billion. Excluding discontinued operations, earnings grew to $48.6 million from $29.6 million.
