Geox has appointed a new top manager, Fabrizio De Nardis. He is joining the company with the title of chief executive of sales and retail. De Nardis, who was born in October 1962, worked at Benetton Group from 1992 to 2004, the last nine years as president of Benetton Japan. He returned to Italy in work for a couple of years as general manager of Bencom, a subsidiary of Benetton. De Nardis will in fact take the place once occupied by Guido Pullini, who has been largely responsible for Geox' international expansion and is now helping to run Diadora (more in the next issue).
