Gucci has won a trademark infringement lawsuit against Guess? in China, filed in a court in Nanjing. The Italian brand already had won a suit against Guess? over its Double G logo in the U.S. last year, but another court reverse the decision in May. Similar cases are in litigation in France and Italy. Gucci lost a case in the U.K. last August over its GG trademark against a Manchester-based fashion designer, Luke Ahtony Connelly. Separately, Gucci has won a case in a Florida court against the operators of 155 websites who were selling counterfeit Gucci products. The court ordered them to pay damages of more than €100 million and to go offline within 30 days.
