Hermès International reported a growth of 3 percent in euros and 11 percent in constant currencies for its sales in the first quarter of 2018. They reached a level of €1,394 million. On a currency-neutral basis, sales of leathergoods and saddlery went up by 8 percent. A strong currency-neutral increase of 17 percent was recorded for ready-to-wear and fashion accessories, a segment that includes Hermès branded shoes. In the “Other” segment, which includes John Lobb shoes and many other types of products, sales went up by 23 percent.
