High-level executives at Lululemon and Nike have been led to resign because of sexual harassment or gender discrimination. Paul Marciano, co-founder and executive chairman of Guess, has now been led to resign after an investigation showed that he engaged in sexual misconduct while at work. At the end of May, Giovanni Morelli was dismissed as creative director of Stuart Weitzman after being accused of sexual harassment by Thomas Gibb, the company's new vice president of product development and production for shoes, who also sued the brand's parent company, Tapestry. Both Morelli and Gibb were hired about one year ago in connection with the retirement of the brand's founder, Stuart Weitzman.
