In partnership with Disney, Aldo has released a limited-edition capsule collection to mark the 90th anniversary of Mickey and Minnie Mouse. Comprising men's shoes, women's shoes and women's accessories, the collection is divided into two categories: “for the nostalgic” and “for the modern.” The first takes inspiration from the 1990s, has prominent yellows and reds, and includes items in denim. The second is relatively subdued, with the characters appearing in silhouettes and patterns. There are 25 items in all, and some have already sold out. Based in Montreal, the Aldo Group has about 3,000 points of sale in 100 countries.
