After the opening of insolvency proceedings on Dec. 30, Fritzi aus Preußen, the German-based manufacturer of shoes and bags, presented a new investor. EinsPlusVier from Hannover will take over all contracts that are relevant to them with immediate effect. The local court of Hannover opened insolvency proceedings under self-administration. After the successful acquisition of Fritzi aus Preußen by EinsPlusVier, the business will be continued. Björn Nadler remains head of sales and Roman Kraus will continue to be chief executive of Fritzi aus Preußen under its new ownership. Eileen Kraus was appointed as joint general manager. Nadler set up a completely new sales team for the brand. EinsPlusVier assures the delivery of ordered goods and seamlessly joins the current order round.
