Internet sales grow in a downward market

While exports are holding up in terms of value, thanks to higher prices, Italian producers and importers were faced with a decline in domestic consumption. Overall expenditures on footwear by Italian households fell by 3.2 percent in the first half to an estimated €2.92 billion.
