Italian Shoe Companies Are Ranked

An analysis of the financial results of 57 Italian shoe companies conducted by a Milan management consultant, Pambianco Strategie di Impresa, shows that they had an aggregate operating margin of 6.4 percent on 14 percent higher sales of €2.7 billion in 2007 excluding the two majors, Geox and Tod’s.
