Joseph Cheney is going to open a 1,000-square-foot store on Henrietta Street in the Covent Garden district of London next spring, not far from the stores of Burberry, Hackett, Mulberry and other brands. Subtle details and materials will give a contemporary flavor of the brand's English heritage and craftsmanship. The 130-year-old company already has six directly owned stores in the U.K. It got the Queen's Award for Enterprise for International Trade for the third time this year.
