Journeys boosts Genesco’s results, offsetting Schuh’s problems
Thanks to significant gains in revenues and profitability at Journeys, Genesco posted strong results for its second fiscal quarter, surpassing expectations. In contrast with previous performance, the American shoe retail group recorded the first growth in comparable sales in two years, up by 3 percent.
