K-Swiss is investing in new product development to keep the momentum growing for for Palladium, the French casual brand of shoes that it owns. After launching a collaboration with Richard Chai, a well-known American designer, at last autumn's New York Fashion Week, it has hired Hommy Diaz, the former global product manager of DC Shoes, to work as global product line manager for Palladium, the French casual brand of shoes that it owns. A passionate skateborder, he spent five years at DC, Quiksilver's fast-growing brand of skate shoes. He will report directly to Larry Remington, president of Palladium.
