Macintosh Retail Group has announced the resignation of Theo Strijbos as chief financial officer and member of the executive board. The Dutch company stressed that he has decided leave, following amicable negotiations, now that its refinancing has been largely completed. He left the board on Nov. 1 and will leave the company completely next May 1. Strijbos has been a member of the management board since May 2007. His duties are being taken over on an interim basis by Jeroen Seyger, former global finance director of TNT Express, pending the recruitment of a new CFO. Seyger will not be a member of the board.
