Messe Düsseldorf and its partners in China, Adsale Exhibition Services and the Dongguan Sub-Council of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, are confident that the 3rd edition of their China Shoes & China Shoetec fairs in Dongguan will feature more than 350 exhibitors on a total exhibition area of 20,000 square meters on Apr. 21-24, 2005. Trade associations from Italy, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and China have confirmed that they will organize pavilions or visiting delegations. Chinese output-intensive provinces like Wenzhou, Fujian, Dongguan and Chengdu will also take part with official pavilions. The 2004 edition last April was attended by 15,753 visitors, 26 percent of whom came from abroad. Top Chinese brands of leather shoes like Aokang, Aoloun, Hazan, HongQingTing and Huite were among the 300 exhibitors on 18,000 sqm., double the space of the first session.
