Micam, the Milan trade show running from Feb. 16 to 19, will again offer an area for emerging designers. Located in Hall 4E, the space will host young talents of different nationalities. They are the Israeli Annabelle Tsitsin with her A by Anabelle brand; Ines Martin-Borregon of Spain with Alohas Sandals; the Moroccan Marouane Haial with Contre-Allée; the Italians Marco Contigiani, Leonardo and Aldo D’Autilio with the brand Déplacé; Rodrigo Doxandabarat of Brazil with the Dotz brand; Hungary’s Diàna Polgàr with the Dyan label; Emanuele Coppari of Italy with Les Jeux du Marquis; Matteo Maiorano with the Italian brand Maiorano; Asfales Rowland with the Indonesian brand Pijak Bumi ; Masamitsu Hata and Pierre Rivière of Timothée Paris; Xin-Yu Weng of the WXY brand, Taiwan; and the Italian Umberto De Marco with the label Yatay. The 12 projects were selected by a professional panel of fashion and communications experts under the guidance of an expert Italian shoe designer, Ernesto Esposito.
