Online trade may kill most Russian shoe retailers

Between 50 and 70 percent of the shoe retailers operating in Russia may be pushed out of business during the next several years due to the rising competition with non-Russian online stores and some upcoming legislative changes, according to Anton Popov, general director of a major Russian shoe retailer, Zenden.
