Pikolinos opened a new store in Paris last month. Inspired by a recently introduced Mediterranean-style concept, it is managed and owned by a franchisee. The Spanish brand has 25 stores in Spain, Mexico and the U.S., which are partly owned by the brand and partly managed on a franchise basis. Additionally, the Pikolinos brand already has about 50 shop-in-shops in China and is planning to open more stores there in the short term.
