Prada's revenues for the full year ended Jan. 31 fell slightly to €3,545 million euros from €3,552 million the previous year despite the group's efforts to bolster its retail network. Wholesale revenues dropped by €88 million to €444 million, as the group pursued efforts to prune the channel, and retail sales were up by €76 million to €3,057 million. The group had 618 directly-operated stores at the end of January compared with 594 a year earlier. Church's was the group's best performing brand with retail sales up by 14 percent at current rates and 7 percent higher at constant rates. More in the next issue of Shoe Intelligence
