Premiere, the Italian company that markets the Koh-Tao brand of environment-friendly footwear, has signed a global licensing deal to bring out a line of shoe under the Frankie Garage brand name, starting with the spring/summer 2010 season. This Italian brand of streetwear has been heavily publicized right now, especially on TV and in Italian football stadiums. The company has hired Emilio Parolin to push exports of the Koh-Tao and Frankie Garage lines. He worked previously in exports for Diadora, Lotto and Kronos. Run by Giorgio Caberlotto, Premiere was previously a property of Lotto.
