Safety Jogger, a brand of safety shoes and equipment owned by the Belgian footwear trading company Cortina, has signed a three-year sponsorship deal with the Deceuninck-Quick Step cycling team. The partnership will run from 2022 to 2024 and the brand’s logo will be one of the official shirt sponsors of the team. Like Deceuninck-Quick-Step, Safety Jogger has its roots in the Flemish region of Belgium.
In a statement, Safety Jogger’s managing director Tom Gybels said: “Founded and based in Oudenaarde, we have a strong connection with cycling. And since we are present in over 120 countries, the globalizing cycling sport is a perfect match to enhance our brand recognition. We are convinced that this partnership will enable our further global expansion.”
